So today for Blogtober I want to ask some advice...

   Why am I always soooo tired?
   I'm trying so hard to figure out the formula.  It just feels like I'm dragging most days.  I want to put up my fall decor!  I need to do some deep cleaning and decluttering..  but lately I just feel so drained!  
  Has anyone ever gotten to a point where you were just drained and not sure why?  What do you do to regain your energy?  I could really use some advice!  I feel like I'm on the struggle bus!
   I kind of feel like everyone has the secret and I'm not getting it.  I just always feel like I'm dragging!  
   I have tried going to bed earlier and waking up earlier...  but for some reason its still not boosting my energy.  I need some advice friends!

  1. I feel like this a lot lately too but I'm chalking it up to menopause. I feel like even when I wake up I'm tired and run down feeling... like I'm just not sleeping as deeply or as well as I used to.

    1. Joanne, this is me! I never sleep more than a few consecutive hours. I toss and turn and go to the bathroom multiple times during the night. It's miserable and I think it's menopause too. I'll be 60 on Monday and I can't tell you the last time I slept well.

  3. Hi Stacy. I go through times where I am very low energy too. Sometimes I blame it on allergies, other times it's because I don't sleep well and am not eating like I should. I've learned to do a lot on the days when I have energy and to be ok with only doing a little bit on the other days. You're definitely not alone :)
